Community Relations Committee
The Community Relations Committee builds connections with community leaders, service clubs, veteran’s groups and other local organizations. The committee helps share the Cogelow Art Center’s story throughout the community, including through local radio, while identifying opportunities to connect with individuals and organizations who may be interested in supporting or engaging with the Cogelow Art Center.

Curation Committee
The Curation Committee identifies and inventories works of art available for exhibition, beginning with the works of Frederic “Fred” Cogelow. The committee also considers exhibition opportunities and provides recommendations for displaying Fred’s work and the works of other artists.

Emerging Artists Engagement Committee
The Emerging Artists Engagement Committee connects with educators, mentors and young and emerging artists to better understand their needs and opportunities. The committee develops recommendations for how the Cogelow Art Center can best support local emerging artists and helps shape plans for spaces designed to encourage their creativity and artistic growth.

The Finance Committee helps strengthen the Cogelow Art Center’s financial foundation by developing and reviewing fiscal procedures, fundraising plans and the annual budget in collaboration with staff and board members. The Fundraising Committee develops and carries out fundraising plans to support the Cogelow Art Center’s growth and future.
